Records, across the whole organisation
A dedicated Records section with an organisation-wide view of what is due, an approvals queue, batch filing, regulator-ready export packs, and a compliance schedule.
Records started as a tab on each asset, which answered “is this crane compliant?” well and “is the business compliant?” not at all. There is now a Records section that works across everything you own.
- Overview — what is overdue, what is due soon, and where it is, across every site.
- Approvals — one queue for everything submitted by third-party inspectors and waiting on someone internal.
- Batch — file the same kind of record against many assets in one pass.
- Exports — build a pack of records matching a filter and download it as a single archive, ready to hand to a regulator, an insurer, or an auditor.
- Schedule — the forward calendar of everything coming due, so the work can be planned rather than chased.
Records filed on iOS carry through here, and a completed record can be produced as a signed PDF certificate on demand. Where an asset is streaming telemetry, the filing carries a header showing what the asset was actually doing over the period the examination covers.
